Affiliation window - 1st June to 30th June 2023

Every club to affiliate to NEWFA, purchase products to enter NEWFA cup compettiions, enter respective League and League Cup for ALL age groups

Registration window - 10th June to 30th March 2023

• All amateur players will remain continuously registered, so clubs do not need to do anything in respect of amateur players remaining with their club for next season.
• The player membership fee for the 2022/23 season will be £10 for adult players (16 and over) and £5 for junior players.
• The player membership fee for continuously registered players will be triggered on Tuesday September 27th - giving clubs ample time to know who will still be with them for the 2022/23 season All player membership fees will be due within 7 days of the date they are triggered.
• For any new players or players that do not remain continuously registered with the same club and who transfer to another club - the player membership fee will be due within 7 days from the date that the registration is confirmed on Comet.
• For any players that are still registered with their current club as at June 1st 2022, this will count towards one of their three clubs of the 2022/23 season, as per FIFA rules.

Accreditation window - 1st August to 30th September 2023
Every club that has a Junior or Mini team must complete the accreditation, clubs should be ensuring all their junior/mini managers/coaches badges, DBS, First Aid & Safeguarding are all valid in readiness for 1st August.
